From London - A29 through Fontwell, Eastergate and Westergate, over level crossing, (look for The Old Priory B&B signpost), take right turn into Shripney Lane and follow for 2 miles, the Old Priory B&B is on the left.
From the A259 between Chichester and Bognor Regis- Drive to North Bersted, Look for Royal Oak pub. The road going behind the pub is North Bersted Street, drive down and from there The Old Priory B&B signpost can be seen.
